• Direct interactions: you may give us your Identity, Contact, and Financial Data by corresponding with us by post, phone, email, or in person during your scheduled appointment. This includes when you book a viewing, request a test drive, purchase or sell a vehicle, apply for vehicle finance, or request marketing or information.
• Third parties or publicly available sources: we may receive personal data from finance brokers, vehicle history check providers such as HPI checks, or the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).

• Performance of a Contract: where we need to perform a contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you, such as selling you a car.
